How much does it cost to hire the Allison Law Firm?
Most of our cases are accepted on a contingent fee basis, meaning that if you win, then we receive a percentage of the settlement or award as our fee. We only receive a fee if you win. Otherwise, there is no fee due.
There are costs however to pursue a case, which ethically must always be the responsibility of the client. Such things as accident reports, medical records, and medical bills are crucial in pursuing a case. When necessary, our firm will advance the costs of these types of expenses, so there is no out-of-pocket expense to you.
The amount of the contingent fee will vary.

I am an active member in the Kansas Association for Justice, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, have been active in the American Trial Lawyers Association, and have been an active member of the Kansas Bar Association since 1985 and the Missouri Bar Association since 1988.
